2. Hosting and shop system
This shop runs on the Shopify platform (Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland). Shopify processes order, payment and usage data on our behalf. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place.
3. Server log files
When you visit the site, data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and operating system are processed. This serves the secure operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Order processing
To process your order we handle your name, email address, billing details and payment information. Payment is processed by the provider you choose at checkout, and payment data is transmitted to them. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Retention periods under commercial and tax law remain unaffected.
5. Emails about your purchase
After your purchase we send an order confirmation and the download link. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
6. Cookies and consent
Technically necessary cookies are used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TDDDG. All other cookies, in particular for statistics and marketing, are set only with your consent given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in North Rhine-Westphalia the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (LDI NRW).
8. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes stated and as long as statutory retention periods require, in particular six or ten years under the German Commercial Code and Fiscal Code.
