RETURNS AND REFUNDS

This shop sells one thing: a book you download. There is nothing to post back, and
nothing to send us. That shapes how returns work here, so it is worth two minutes of your
time before you buy.

What you are buying

A PDF, delivered the moment your payment goes through. It is yours from that second on —
on your phone, your laptop, your tablet, printed and bound if you like. There is no
subscription, no login that can expire, and no device limit. Lose the file and we send it
again, for free, for as long as this shop exists.

Why there is no return once you have downloaded it

A downloaded file cannot be given back. Under EU and German law, the right of withdrawal
for digital content ends the moment delivery begins — provided you agreed to that at
checkout and were told you would be giving up that right. You confirm both of those things
when you order, and we keep the record.

Put plainly: once the download starts, the sale is final.

What you still get

• Every future edition, free. When we correct or expand the book, you get
the new version by email at no cost. Buying once means owning every printing that follows.

• A file that is genuinely yours. No renewal, no expiry, no account to
keep alive.

• A replacement whenever you need one. New phone, wiped laptop, deleted
folder — write to us and we resend it.

When we do refund

We are not looking for technicalities. You get your money back if:

• the file will not open, or arrives damaged, and we cannot fix it;

• you paid twice for the same book;

• you bought it by mistake and have not downloaded it yet.

One email is enough — no forms, no explanation demanded. Refunds go back to the payment
method you used, normally within a few working days.

Before you buy, look inside

We would rather you know exactly what you are getting than refund you afterwards. The
product page shows real pages from the book, including a full worksheet. Read them. If the
style is not for you, do not buy — and if you are unsure about anything at all, ask us
first.
