This shop sells one thing: a book you download. There is nothing to post back, and nothing to send us. That shapes how returns work here, so it is worth two minutes of your time before you buy.

What you are buying

A PDF, delivered the moment your payment goes through. It is yours from that second on — on your phone, your laptop, your tablet, printed and bound if you like. There is no subscription, no login that can expire, and no device limit. Lose the file and we send it again, for free, for as long as this shop exists.

Why there is no return once you have downloaded it

A downloaded file cannot be given back. Under EU and German law, the right of withdrawal for digital content ends the moment delivery begins — provided you agreed to that at checkout and were told you would be giving up that right. You confirm both of those things when you order, and we keep the record.

That is the law. On top of it we give you something the law does not require.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

The book makes a specific promise: start at the letters and finish able to open a verse and say what every single word is doing. If it does not do that for you, write to us within thirty days of your purchase and we send your money back. You do not have to give a reason, fill in a form, or return anything.

The file stays yours either way. A PDF cannot be handed back, and we are not going to pretend otherwise or ask you to delete it. We would rather carry that risk than have anyone hesitate at the checkout over thirty-three dollars.

This guarantee is given voluntarily. It sits on top of your statutory rights and takes nothing away from them.

What you still get

Every future edition, free. When we correct or expand the book, you get the new version by email at no cost. Buying once means owning every printing that follows.

When we do refund

We are not looking for technicalities. You get your money back if:

the file will not open, or arrives damaged, and we cannot fix it;
you paid twice for the same book;
you bought it by mistake and have not downloaded it yet;
the book did not do what it promised, and you tell us within thirty days.

One email is enough — no forms, no explanation demanded. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, normally within a few working days.

Before you buy, look inside

We would rather you know exactly what you are getting than refund you afterwards. The product page shows real pages from the book, including a full worksheet. Read them. If the style is not for you, do not buy — and if you are unsure about anything at all, ask us first.
