Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days.
Withdrawal instructions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For a contract on the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires if
- you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
- you have confirmed your awareness that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
- we have provided you with confirmation of the contract under § 312f of the German Civil Code.
